In collaboration with Audi Middle East, Noble Events was proud to deliver a first-of-its-kind fleet B2B experience, designed exclusively for senior decision-makers across the region. Hosted at an exclusive Club Lounge, the event brought together innovation, performance and precision in a space transformed to reflect Audi’s signature sophistication.
Over two days, delegates explored the latest A6 fleet range. From the electric A6 e-tron to the versatile Avant and performance-led S6, through a structured programme of presentations and test drives. Each moment was curated to deepen engagement, showcase innovation and reflect the strength of Audi’s business-first positioning.

The Venue
Transforming the venue, into a branded Audi experience was no small feat. Working closely with the Audi Middle East team, Noble Events designed a clean, immersive environment that communicated both prestige and practicality, a brand space tailored to fleet leadership.
Every element served a purpose: elegant branded materials, refined hospitality, and seamless movement between product insight sessions and hands-on vehicle experiences.

The Drive
Delegates were invited to test drive three distinct A6 models, each with a carefully planned route to highlight the vehicle’s unique capabilities:
- A6 e-tron – electric mobility with purpose
- A6 Avant – intelligent practicality for everyday business needs
- S6 – dynamic performance with refinement
Each experience was coordinated in partnership with Drive Dynamics to ensure safety, consistency and control, reflecting Audi’s commitment to future-ready fleet solutions.

Designed for Decision-Makers
Throughout the event, guests engaged with two core presentations: one focused on Audi’s approach to electrification, the other on product evolution within the business segment. These sessions created space for informed dialogue, where corporate fleet leaders could explore the alignment between Audi’s direction and their own operational goals.
