Delivering Culture, Connection and Celebration in Crete

Incentive programmes are all about recognition, not just with awards, but with experiences that feel genuinely meaningful. For this summer event in Crete, Noble Events was briefed to deliver an immersive, seamless celebration for 30 top performers.

It was a week to remember.

A Brief That Balanced Reward and Relaxation

The aim was to reward high-achieving delegates with a curated experience that offered cultural insight, beautiful settings and space to unwind. Working across our UK and Dubai offices, our team came together onsite to manage the event, bringing a unified approach to delivery, logistics and guest support.

The Itinerary

The trip opened with a visit to a local Cretan village, where guests took part in traditional activities such as wedding bread baking and komboloi making. Small, authentic moments that set the tone for the days ahead.

The following day, a jeep safari carried the group through the Cretan landscape, culminating in a visit to Peskesi Farm. This was a standout moment: rooted in local food and hospitality, it was a chance to slow down and connect in a setting that felt truly special.

The event closed with an outdoor awards evening at the Garden of Senses, complete with traditional Greek music, dancing and a spirited, Mamma Mia-inspired performance to close the night on a high.

With team members flying in from both Dubai and the UK, this event was a true example of global collaboration in action. From planning to execution, the focus was on delivering detail-led experiences that felt relaxed, thoughtful and bespoke to the audience.
