Noble Events was entrusted with designing an elegant and stylish event for local media and influencers to introduce the new Rolls-Royce Ghost. Taking place in the autumn of 2020, this hybrid event needed to provide a memorable experience while adhering to strict Covid-19 guidelines.

The event featured a seamless blend of in-person and virtual elements, including a live broadcast presentation from Rolls-Royce headquarters in Goodwood, UK, and a carefully curated drive experience to showcase the car’s exceptional performance and luxury.

Location & Setup

Our team sourced a stunning contemporary villa in Emirates Hills, which was transformed into a bespoke Rolls-Royce environment. Every detail reflected the brand’s hallmark sophistication, from the elegant décor to the meticulously planned catering. The villa provided an exclusive setting, offering the perfect backdrop for both in-person attendees and hybrid presentation elements.

The Drive Experience

The driving route was expertly designed to maximise the attendees’ ability to experience the new Ghost in action. Every turn and stretch of road was selected to highlight the vehicle’s superior handling, comfort, and craftsmanship, ensuring that every participant could fully appreciate its capabilities.

Health & Safety Measures

To prioritise safety and meet Covid-19 regulations, Noble Events implemented a comprehensive sanitisation programme:

  • Daily fogging of the venue and vehicles.
  • Adherence to local and international health guidelines throughout the event.
