The Noble Events team is a highly experienced group of event professionals, drawing on extensive global industry knowledge from a variety of sectors.
Our structure allows us to have a dedicated core team, who take responsibility for client accounts and the events delivered within them. However we fully understand that adaptability is key to events and can flex quickly to meet requests for significant changes to existing events or to briefs for ad hoc events.
Our event teams work closely with the core functions of Finance, IT and Data Management and Operations, to ensure processes and procedures are consistent and seamless.
With a background of over 37 years in the hotel and event industries, Penny’s experience has a strong automotive bias, having worked for more than 25 marques in multiple guises from media and customer launches to conferences, incentives and global retailer training.
Events within the luxury sector are a passion for Penny, who understands the nuances of looking after UHNWIs and VIPs, including royalty and heads of state.
Penny founded Noble Events in 2008, and expanded into Dubai, where she has a second office, in 2015. As Managing Director, she splits her time between both offices.
She spent three years as an Eventia judge and has sat on advisory boards for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Leading Hotels of the World.
Her strong work ethic is evident throughout the DNA of the company; indeed, a key marker for her business is that of there is no “that will do.”
Penny loves a glass of crisp, chilled Provençale Rosé, and has a penchant for Asian-Fusion cuisine. Her favourite part of the world, unsurprisingly, is Asia!
With a solid background in event delivery, Sarah now focuses on the day to day management of the business, specialising in HR and team management, employee engagement, health and safety, data regulation and contracts, for both the UK and Dubai offices. She believes that a happy team is a productive team, and works hard to ensure the wellbeing of her colleagues. At the same time, her role is to ensure maximum quality and efficiency alongside impeccable customer service, in keeping with the key values of the business.
Throughout her career, Sarah has worked across a range of industry sectors, including mobile telecoms, life sciences, financial services, theatre and government, and for clients including SWIFT, Visa, Mattel, AstraZeneca, the OECD and the European Commission.
A keen cook and wine lover, Sarah enjoys many cuisines but is never happier than with a glass of something cold and bubbly and a large platter of seafood, preferably in the sunshine of the Italian coast. Her most memorable travels were to Sri Lanka and she dreams of taking her family there one day.
Having initially worked in practice, where he gained his formal accountancy training and qualifications, Richard has held a number of senior roles, predominantly in service industries, during which time he amassed extensive agency experience.
His role as Finance Director spans both the UK and Dubai offices, ensuring accurate and efficient financial management of all events and liaising with clients and their procurement and purchasing teams.
Richard enjoys a nice cold fruit cider to accompany his steak and chips with all the trimmings. Currently his favourite place in the world is Italy, a destination he is looking forward to exploring further.
Over the last 20 years, Sally’s experience has covered sports, hospitality, conferences, exhibitions and trade shows, with automotive very much her forte. Notable clients have included Bentley, Lamborghini and Porsche, as well as the Australian Grand Prix and Vogue Fashion Week.
Sally loves working on all things automotive, in particular product launches, which benefit from her highly creative approach. She works incredibly hard to deliver above and beyond for her clients, fostering strong relationships at all levels.
Wine lover Sally is partial to a Chablis or a Malbec, but says that in the heat of Dubai sometimes she prefers a coconut water. Having visited over 30 countries, with several still on her wish list, she is a self-confessed Europhile; her current favourite is Croatia, for the sailing and island hopping in the stunning Adriatic Sea, but Italy for the food!
Jenny’s career has spanned financial and professional services, technology, automotive and luxury jewellery, for clients such as LinkedIn, Mastercard and IWC Schaffhausen. She heads up the General Motors account for Noble Events, and also works with global brands such as Honda, VW, Aston Martin and Lexus. Her favourite events are track experiences and product launches, as she loves seeing the transition of an empty pit garage or venue to a multifunctional purpose-built event space.
Jenny prides herself on her organisational, project planning and budget management skills, allowing her to build trust with, and successfully provide counsel to, both clients and suppliers.
Jenny’s favourite drink is a full-bodied red wine, coupled with a medium-rare steak. Her favourite place in the world is Oman, where the people are amongst the most welcoming in the world, and there is a wide variety of landscapes to enjoy, from camping in the desert, swimming in the wadis and hiking in the mountains, to the beaches and tropics in the south.
Erin has vast experience of the automotive, IT, telecoms and FMCG sectors, working for clients such as Honda, Dell, McAfee, Three UK and PepsiCo. She prides herself on her organisational skills and is particularly adept at budget management. In her current role she provides a valuable support function for the onsite team, ensuring that the office runs like clockwork.
If allowed, Erin would say her favourite drink is a cup of tea but, failing that, then a nice cold crisp glass of white would be her drink of choice. Her favourite cuisine has to be the coconut influence in Thai food.
And as for her favourite place to travel, she loves everything about South Africa; the people, the scenery, the food and the safari.
Lawrence comes from a social media background, using marketing and advertising to promote his own previous company. He joined Noble Events in March 2020 and is looking forward to continuing to work remotely as a marketing intern for the business alongside his studies.
Due to his background he specialises in social media marketing and strategy, interacting with prospective clients, current clients, suppliers and the events community.
Lawrence’s favourite drink would be any juicy smoothie and to eat, a beautiful roast dinner. His favourite place in the world is Spain, he is learning the language and plans to live there in the future.
