With a background of over 37 years in the hotel and event industries, Penny’s experience has a strong automotive bias, having worked for more than 25 marques in multiple guises from media and customer launches to conferences, incentives and global retailer training.
Events within the luxury sector are a passion for Penny, who understands the nuances of looking after UHNWIs and VIPs, including royalty and heads of state.
Penny founded Noble Events in 2008, and expanded into Dubai, where she has a second office, in 2015. As Managing Director, she splits her time between both offices.
She spent three years as an Eventia judge and has sat on advisory boards for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Leading Hotels of the World.
Her strong work ethic is evident throughout the DNA of the company; indeed, a key marker for her business is that of there is no “that will do.”
Penny loves a glass of crisp, chilled Provençale Rosé, and has a penchant for Asian-Fusion cuisine. Her favourite part of the world, unsurprisingly, is Asia!
Having initially worked in practice, where he gained his formal accountancy training and qualifications, Richard has held a number of senior roles, predominantly in service industries, during which time he amassed extensive agency experience.
His role as Finance Director spans both the UK and Dubai offices, ensuring accurate and efficient financial management of all events and liaising with clients and their procurement and purchasing teams.
Richard enjoys a nice cold fruit cider to accompany his steak and chips with all the trimmings. Currently his favourite place in the world is Italy, a destination he is looking forward to exploring further.
With a solid background in event delivery, Sarah now focuses on the day to day management of the business, specialising in HR and team management, employee engagement, health and safety, data regulation and contracts, for both the UK and Dubai offices. She believes that a happy team is a productive team, and works hard to ensure the wellbeing of her colleagues. At the same time, her role is to ensure maximum quality and efficiency alongside impeccable customer service, in keeping with the key values of the business.
Throughout her career, Sarah has worked across a range of industry sectors, including mobile telecoms, life sciences, financial services, theatre and government, and for clients including SWIFT, Visa, Mattel, AstraZeneca, the OECD and the European Commission.
A keen cook and wine lover, Sarah enjoys many cuisines but is never happier than with a glass of something cold and bubbly and a large platter of seafood, preferably in the sunshine of the Italian coast. Her most memorable travels were to Sri Lanka and she dreams of taking her family there one day.
Kate has a wealth of experience gained from working in the pharmaceutical, telecoms, FMCG and automotive sectors for over ten years. Working with high-profile clients including Bentley, Lexus, Novo Nordisk, AstraZeneca and Volvo has allowed her to gain valuable experience focusing on the little details that really bring events to life.
Running conferences, gala dinners, product launches, congresses and ride and drives on a global scale, Kate prides herself on the excellent relationships she builds with her clients and suppliers. Nothing is too much trouble, and her diligence is well respected by those she works with and for.
Kate is a BBQ fan, and her favourite place in the world is South Africa, with the stunning landscape, beautiful animals and incredible wine.
Katie’s events career has included the automotive, retail, luxury goods, technology and leisure sectors, for clients such as Honda, Lamborghini, Sunseeker, Siemens, Diechmann, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Roger Dubuis and SsangYong.
She is never happier than when she is working on a product launch or incentive programme, and loves to see an event from brief stage to final reconciliation. Her venue and destination knowledge is second to none, and she is well known for remaining calm in the most difficult of circumstances.
Katie’s favourite cuisine is Mexican, and her favourite place in the world is Rotterham, where she has spent so much time it feels like her second home – she loves the city, the canals, the pancakes, the shopping and the nightlife!

Having been based in Dubai for over six years, she has worked with many clients including Ford, Lincoln, Jaguar Land Rover, Majid AL Futtaim, Godolphin and Shell.
Jess loves running drive events, taking the opportunity to push the drivers and the cars to the limits of what they can do and the satisfaction that comes from seeing guests stepping out of vehicles with their preconceptions completely transformed.
Jess loves to travel, with Italy and Vietnam the top of her list – however, anywhere with good food and beaches is always a winner for her!
Lameez has worked in a variety of event sectors, including corporate, private, public and live music. Whilst planning and executing events for various private and public clients in her home country of South Africa, her largest client was Mercedes-Benz. Although she finds live public events thrilling, she says there is nothing more exhilarating than a ride and drive event, ending in a perfectly curated lifestyle experience, and incentive and MICE trips are always fun too!
Known as a people person, Lameez’s strength is client services, supported by strong producing skills. She is also a huge fan of spreadsheets to keep her events on track from planning phase to finalisation.
She believes a homemade curry with flaky roti cannot be beaten. Turkey holds a special place in her heart but, for her, Bali is true heaven on earth.
Natasha started her event management career in France, where she gained experience working within the tech industry, assigned to specific accounts including Microsoft, HP Inc. and HP Enterprise.

Natasha particularly enjoys delivering product launches and drive events, as these events allow customers to truly discover and experience the products and services offered.

Sharleen has over 15 years of experience as an executive assistant, HR generalist and office manager across a range of industries from events management, IT solutions and oil and gas, to tourism and publishing. She enjoys admin and support roles and takes a great deal of pride in her work, living by her father’s words “if you’re going to do something, do it well or don’t bother!”
Sharleen is fortunate enough to have visited many ‘bucket list’ destinations, but holds NYC dear to her as it was her first solo trip. She enjoys South-East Asian cuisine and a nice, sweet drink, flavoured with tart passionfruit.
